This was our second time staying at this porperty. It is very clean and well appointed - everything we needed was available. The location is perfect; close to outdoor activities, restaurants/breweries and RedRocks. Highly recommend!

Nice little apartment built above their detached garage. Modern new finishes, big bedroom, kitchen with a loveseat and small table. A very small bathroom though the shower head was very high which was nice as a tall person. Access is a tight and narrow interior staircase from a foyer along the side of the garage at the back of the property. Very nice hosts with a couple nice dogs. Overall a nice place, in a safe neighborhood, next to a great walking park, close to red rocks amphitheater.

Quick Red Rocks Visit

Justin’s property was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It is in a great neighborhood and was an easy drive to Red Rocks. I hope to be able to stay here again.

This apartment is everything a rental should be and more! The hosts have stocked his beautiful space over and above, the location to Belmar is super convenient, and the food recommendations are spot on! We would love to stay again!!

Great Stay Near Red Rock

The property was exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and well organized. The hosts were on site, friendly, and helpful. It was just a short drive to Red Rock for some amazing hiking and sites.

Great location

This place has everything you need in a cozy like new one bedroom space. The park located only 500 feet away where we walked our 2 small dogs every morning was amazing! Will definitely book this place again.

Check-in was super easy. The descriptions and photos were very helpful in getting to the unit. The unit was clean and welcoming. The host was very responsive and very nice. This is centrally located to all the places we wanted to see. There is a park with walking trails just a few houses away. On my walk, there was a cat just hanging at the little gazebo, a lake, a little playground, and plenty of benches to sit. There are also trails for horses, so you may see one on your walk/jog/run, too.We really enjoyed seeing Molly (the resident lab?) who is such a sweetie! She is friendly and so chill. We definitely will stay again if we make it back to Colorado.

Why stay anywhere else?

If you have to be or get to be in the greater Denver area for any reason, this is a wonderful, pet friendly location. The hosts have thought of every comfort. Great apartment 50 steps from a beautiful park with miles of walking trails. So peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive from urban Denver.

Perfect weekend getaway

This apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and practically brand new. It has a beautiful kitchen with everything you might need and a large, comfortable bedroom. It is in a perfect location on a quiet street between two amazing parks. The owners are very kind and helpful. The king sized bed is super comfy and we had everything we needed for an awesome weekend in beautiful Colorado.

5-star experience

The hosts have thought of everything. The property and location was perfect for our exploration of the area. The bed was memory foam and very comfy with lux bedding. Great appliances, fixtures, and utility of space was amazing. The near by park was awesome and so were all the amenities nearby. When we saw the host and family, they were incredibly kind and very helpful, but completely respected our privacy. Look forward to returning some day!

Check in was easy and clear. We did not cook but the kitchen was well supplied. It was very clean and new. We were especially happy to not smell bounce on all the sheets and towels. We travel with all our own bedding just in case. We are very very sensitive to those smells.So thank you for this!!! It is in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of walking paths at a near by park!! Great for dogs.Owners were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Would actually like to know what brand of mattress we slept on. We would like to purchase. It would be nice to have a shady spot to sit outside to sit and relax. Thank you for great stay.
