Incredibly Unhappy

When we arrived, were told there was a change in location and now in a different apartment on 3rd floor (not ideal). Place smelled musty and stale pet odor. Beds looked slept in, kitchen wasn't clean, garbage still in bathroom basket. Most windows were open with no screens, door only stayed closed when locked. Completely unacceptable compared to all previous VRBO accommodations I've had previously. No response from host when I messaged him. Stayed there 1 night and left to find a hotel room. Couldn't stay in that place 1 more minute. I am respectfully asking for a refund as it was not up to VRBO standards and I didn't stay the full time due to potentially unsafe and unclean conditions.

Stayed 4 nights in May 2024
