Beautiful home, tough for boats & privacy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is stunning & comfortable, but Braun Bay is party central. At least 15 boats across the bay competing for the loudest music. The bay is also VERY shallow and rocky which is tough for boaters, even a pontoon. I had to dock offsite.

Beautiful, Secluded Winnipesaukee Dream House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was fast, easy, and convenient, with plenty of essential info provided at the office. Additionally the property binder at the house is meticulously organized, making it easy for guests to familiarize themselves with the property. The house itself is extremely well-designed, built, and appointed. From the WiFi to the BBQ grill, everything just works great. The kitchen and laundry equipment is fantastic and makes for an extremely comfortable stay. The lot, which situates the house in such a way that the lake wraps around the house, is one-in-a-million. The location was perfect for our family-- extremely secluded but also a short drive to food and other essentials. It's just an astonishing property, a real dream house on a unique part of the lake.
