From both lanias you can see and hear the fountain in the nearby pond and birds chirping at sunrise.

Making your way to the lagoon pool, you will feel like you're at a Caribbean resort and you will not want to leave!

Here you will find 2,008 square feet of serenity.

On the first floor, there is a lower living space and powder room, dining room, upper living area, kitchen, office desk with a chair, monitor, and printer, two televisions, a variety of games, a stunning clean kitchen, and views of the delightful a calm semi-private pool.

Upstairs you will find your three bedrooms complete with two king sized tempurpedic mattresses for your sleeping comfort. Laundry available for whenever you need, a gorgeous master suite, as well as the guest bathroom. The third bedroom holds one queen sized bed and there are two twin sized air mattresses if you're in need of extra sleeping arrangements.

Upstairs you will also find items for those that will be traveling with small children or for those with kids that will be visiting. There is a pack and play, kids mattresses, foam bumpers for the beds, children's sheets, and a small "high" chair for children's dining. There are also children's dining utensils in the kitchen for your convenience.

You will also find an attached garage available for your use as well as free street parking. In the garage, you will find a deck box with pool and beach items available for use during your stay.

Before inquiring further, please note that there is a mandatory background check required by our HOA. Once this is complete, your rental will be smooth sailing. I apologize for any inconvenience but I am not able to rent to those that do not want to complete the background check, fail the background check, or wish to stay less than one month. These guidelines help keep Paseo safe and desirable and we appreciate your understanding!
