Such a stunning property!! This is great for big groups and I loved how many bathrooms were there. One of the best parts was how incredibly accommodating the host was. I even left an item and they sent it back to me. Miguel and Clarita who help with keeping up the property were beyond amazing. Miguel was always there to help whenever we needed something and Clarita kept the place clean daily, made our beds, even did our laundry! This is something you don’t usually see at Vrbo stays so they went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here!!!

We had an amazing stay & would absolutely recommend this home, especially for large groups. The beach views are stunning & we loved the hammocks, multiple lounging areas, & the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that bring the ocean right in. The beach is shallow with very clear water—perfect for kids to swim & play in the sand, though it’s not ideal for long walks or jogging.The location in the hotel zone is very central & convenient, with a ferry nearby for trips to Isla Mujeres & an Oxxo within walking distance for quick essentials. Clarita, the home chef, was fantastic. Miguel, the groundskeeper, was friendly, attentive, & incredibly helpful, even assisting with grocery runs. Pamela was great too! Daytime housekeeping was a huge plus, especially for dishes & trash. The home is very spacious with plenty of bathrooms, making it comfortable for groups.A few things to note: access to towels, blankets, & toiletries could be improved. The property is not handicap-friendly, with multiple steps, no handrails, & rocky beach access, which was difficult for our elderly family member. A downstairs bed in the office would be very helpful since there is already a downstairs bathroom with shower. The kitchen could use sharper knives, more forks, and larger pots/pans. The jacuzzi wasn’t warm every day, & the gym had a moldy smell. There was construction next door, but the noise wasn’t too bad. If you plan on grilling, be sure to buy charcoal.Def worth it - we didn’t want to leave!

Un lugar excepcional

La casa está increíble, mejor que en las fotos. Nuestro anfitrión nos atendió de forma excepcional. Todo muy limpio, la vista al mar es maravillosa. Vistos las evaluaciones en Airbnb y por eso nos animamos, pero todo estuvo mucho mejor de lo esperado. Gracias Patricio por hacer posible tan maravillosos días.

Encontré esta villa por los buenos comentarios que leí en airbnb, y puedo ahora decir que es mucho mejor de lo que pensaba. El motivo Principal de mi estancia era relajarme y en esta villa tuve todo lo que buscaba, el mar en esta parte de cancun es perfecto, el jacuzzi templado me encanto, la vista es sencillamente espectacular, las personas que ayudan en la villa son sumamente serviciales, tocar el piano en la tarde y acostarme en las hamacas del balcón fue de lo mejor, también solicite servicio de masaje que fue fabuloso!
