It is built on and into the highest peak on the southern baja, 800 feet above sea level and 200 feet above the highest constructed villas in neighboring Pedregal. It boasts its own private heated infinity edge swimming pool, barbeque on the deck, indoor and outdoor 8-person jacuzzi, fireplace, and 5 flat screen tv's. Interior finish is granite, marble, solid mahogany woodwork. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator in an ultra modern kitchen.
