Worth the money

Host was incredibly, helpful, communicative and friendly. Not far from Duluth and close to Jay Cook State Park... RV park was quiet and clean, the communal showers were incredibly well taken care of (note; the RV has a clean, working shower we just didn't use it). Overall we had a very pleasant experience. Would stay again.

Well worth it

My only criticism is that it was a little far to my son’s house in Cloquet. Otherwise, John John has a great place to stay!

Do not recommended! A few friends and I (4 of us in total) rented this RV for 2 nights stay for Grandma's Marathon weekend. Stating the unit comfortably sleeps 6 is inaccurate, misleading at best. It has one queen bed, a sofabed, and a convertible table to bed that is perhaps suitable for a child / young teen. The sofabed was unusable due to very poor condition - one of us decidedly slept on the floor. The heat didn't work & seems it hasn't been maintained for quite some time - as it made very loud machine noises when attemping to start. The microwave didn't work. And the toaster worked only while holding down the lever. We didn't attempt to use the in-unit shower, which has height limit of approx. 5'10". The unit had an unpleasant musty/mildew odor indicating that it likely hadn't been aired out for a while. Bottom line, it could use some TLC maintenance & updates (especially a new sofabed and functioning microwave). On the plus - It was a quiet & peaceful area, the communal bath & shower was well maintained, and the neighbors / adjacent RV residents were friendly.
