Located in a quiet street in Mauldin, and you can’t beat the central location. Washer and dryer. Spacious master bedroom with king bed. Fall in love with the spa like bathroom and the huge walk-in-closet. 2 guest bedrooms have a queen size bed each. A pull-out couch with a queen mattress in the living room. 100% cotton linens. We put the best of the best in this house. Hardwood floors. All rugs are machine washable. Kitchen is fully equipped with every day needs and upscale appliances. The 2 car garage has been finished with epoxy and has a sink. Super quiet neighborhood and safest area in the upstate.

Everything provided, quiet, safe neighborhood

We would stay here again! Wonderful place, safe, quiet and so close to everything. 15 min to downtown and everything else. 5 minute to store. PM really super nice and would come out if need be to fix something or just leave us be as well. Everything was provided and everything was taken care of. Very very pleasant! Moving from Texas to SC this was a great find and place to stay to figure out where we were going to move. 5 stars!!! Mountains 30 minutes out back door and ocean 4 hours away. Love it!

Amazing house! High end finishes

This has been one of our favorite rental homes ever. The house is brand new, which means everything in there has never been used. I was surprised to look inside the cabinets in the kitchen and see dishes and appliances still unopened/unused. The house is in a great location, right behind the Publix in Mauldin, which was very convenient for our grocery shopping but there are tons of restaurants on that same road. Also liked the fact that is right beside Conestee Park. What we loved the most was the extremely comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The check in was easy with automatic keypad in the front entrance and garage. The kitchen and laundry room had the best appliances I have ever seen and used, like a microwave drawer, high end dishwasher and washer/dryer. We will come back! Nothing as good out there!
