Welcome to this Designer Downtown Den! Meticulously decorated, comfortable and located just 1 mile from downtown Greer, this home has everything you need! Avoid all the parking hassle and walk to downtown. Greer Station is quickly becoming a foodie haven with some of the best dining, bars, and coffee around! This home is perfect for couples, families, friends, or working professionals. We provide everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with the beautiful Spanish style fireplace and vaulted ceilings that make the home feel spacious and airy. The open floorpan allows everyone to hang out together and not feel crowded.

The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING you need to make a delicious, homemade meal at home for the nights you want to stay in- including an AIR FRYER.

Off of the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer making those longer stays or stays with kids super convenient. Also off of the kitchen is a full size walk in pantry to store all of your groceries or extra essentials.

The home has 3 bedrooms including a primary suite with an attached full size bathroom and walk in closet. We also provide a pack and play, making traveling with young kids super easy! 2 additional bedrooms can be found on the other side of the home with another full size bathroom to share. Wonderful place to stay. Clean, professional and comfortable beds. We didn't see a microwave in the property so double check if that isn one thing you need. We also brought our own iron and ironing board. My husband needed it to press his work shirts. Just make sure you bring these things if needed or maybe they will have.
