The home is designed with the Foodie in mind. Equipped with a gas range, plenty of cookwares and appliances to help you entertain your group.

Upstairs Main Level is intended for conversation and relaxation. Open Kitchen and Fireplace for chilly nights. Main Level has a Full Bathroom with Walk-in Shower, and 2 Bedrooms.

Lower Level Den/Office is a flex space for entertainment, reading or getting work done. The lower level independent with it's own bathroom & bedroom, that a separate couple would have a measure of privacy.

One of our favorite things about the home is it's location. You have Coralville Lake Marina Recreational Area just 2 streets away (3-5min Drive), Walking/Bike Path on the other side of the street that stretches from Iowa City to North Liberty.

If you just want to chill outside, there is outdoor seating, Balconies off of the Bedrooms, Living Room and Kitchen. Plus there is a firepit for outdoor fires if you'd like to make some s'mores.
