POOL/HOT TUB OPENS APRIL 21 2026!! Top 10 Destination. Retreat to a newly updated Condo with Lake Winnipesaukee views. Ski Gunstock 10 min away! 1mi. to Weir’s beach. Enjoy 2 brand new Queen beds with private outdoor patio, 55” smart TV, Centrally located in the Lakes region and minutes to beach and tons of fun including mini golf and arcades. Enjoy close proximity to mountains, hiking, outdoor bbq, boating, breweries and dining. A gorgeous new pool and hot tub, observation deck with sweeping views of lake Winnipesaukee, fire pit, basketball and pickle ball court coming
The space
You will enjoy keyless access to a condo with 2 brand new Queen beds and 1 Full bathroom stocked with shower essentials and hairdryer. Other amenities include brand new air conditioning and heating, a new 55” Smart TV, high speed WiFi, Fridge/Freezer, Keurig Machine, coffee and tea mugs, full dishware and utensil sets, Large Storage Dresser, Microwave, electric hot water kettle, work desk, private ground floor walk out patio with access to bbq, picnic tables, and the pool/hot tub should be operational til after Columbus day. Sport court with basketball and pickleball/Fire pit just around the corner. There are also luggage dollies, coin operated new laundry onsite, vending machines, a Great Room with ping pong, an arcade, gym, and parking.
Other things to note
We aim for 5 star guest experiences and one way we do so is to keep cleaning/linen fees extremely low for the area. We can only do so with a little help from you. Please remove the majority of trash with you as you go, especially trash bags with liquids. The dumpster is in the lower parking lot on the way out. There is an Excess Trash fee of $25.

Early Check in/Check out may be available for a $40 fee. Peak Summertime is extremely difficult to accommodate early Check in and late Check out due to same day turnovers.

We provide all bedding and one bathroom towel per person, as well as hand towels. We will try to accommodate additional requests for towels if at all possible. If running the dishwasher please do so before checkout and take trash to the dumpster on the way out in lower parking lot if at all possible. Bikes and Trailers can be accommodated in the lower lot!
**Fire pit can be used by guests but cannot be left unattended. Please use in-state wood only as Firewood cannot be transported from out of state. Do not break glass in fire

PLEASE message us if there is anything at all that we can do to make sure that you have a five star visit. That is our number one priority that you were comfortable and well taken care of.. our guidebook is updated, but feel free to ask for recommendations

Girls long weekend

We had a great time going to all the different places in the area - the boat tours from Weirs, the restaurants and a show at the Bank of NH Pavilion. The resort and room were great - cozy and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were so nice during the hot humid days, and the view from the patio is spectacular. Our host - Mike was great and very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend.

We had a great weekend here. It was relaxing and cozy. The only downfalls were that there weren’t 4 bath sets. We had a girls weekend and had 4 towels for the hot tub but not for the shower or vice versa. The other thing was that it wrecked of weed from the couple staying next door. I don’t care what people do in their free time but when there’s 2 13 year old girls with us
