This house is a shambles. It has been abused and the pictures do not reflect the current condition. Aside from the ac which worked well and the beds that were clean the rest of the house was awful. Too many things wrong to list here but as one example a dining room chair collapsed with my 5 year old granddaughter sitting in. Fortunately she was not hurt.

Great location, very big house that easily accommodates large groups, very responsive property managers, linens and towels included making it much less work for me . Super large great porch, near convenience stores and restaurants, lots of amenities included like parking, tags, chairs, beach towels , hair dryers. Walk to large beach. Near casinos .Would def. rent again.

We knew that this was an older home when we booked it, but we did not expect it to be so dated and in need of serious repair and TLC! The furniture is very old, dirty and torn and the porch furniture is very worn and tattered! Many blinds in the house are broken as well as kitchen cabinets are broken. There is not enough dishware for 14 people and the kitchen is lacking cookware. One of the beds is on the floor with no boxspring or frame. There is not enough seating in the dining room for our family to eat together. The pictures are deceiving and once inside it looks more like a frat/college house. The location is great and the host was responsive but overall, we were very disappointed in this rental.

2024 beach week.

We were disappointed that the accommodations were not as suggested in the listing. The rooms lacked any place for clothing. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The AC was not well designed making the third floor too cold and hence the first and second floors too hot.
