Great golf views and free beach access thru Shipyard Beach House, just a short ten to fifteen minute walk on a shaded path. Two car passes are included in the rental. Sonest Resort is a short walk across the street with luxury spa and several very nice restaurants and bar inside and by the pool. You can go dine and drink at the Sonesta, just cannot use their pool. The Greens has a community pool for you to use. Shipyard is also home to world class tennis facilities at Van Der Meer tennis facility. You can some see some of the best players in the world get trained and also get in a good workout. Shipyard has restaurants, golf, tennis, bike paths and miles of beaches to enjoy.
