New house has 03 suites all with air conditioning, 02 toilets being 01 internal and 01 external, TV room and Dining with air conditioning, very well equipped kitchen including ice machine, refrigerator and freezer conjugated and independent, dishwasher, gourmet balcony with barbecue and wood oven plus TV and minibar, adult and children's movie pool, tree house with slide, very cozy zen space integrated with the balcony, maid / maid available from 9am to 6pm, which will provide you with more time for leisure, she will keep the house clean and in order and if need she cooks the trivial, garage for 5 cars, kayak available. TV has SKY at all points with open channels, Wi-fi, books available, DVD's of various movies and games like deck, dominoes.
