This renovated, modernized 1905 Victorian home is a perfect spot for your family or group of friends. Two of the bedrooms have king beds. There are multiple areas for relaxing, multiple dining areas, and even two kitchens! You'll be in the perfect area to explore Portland — an easy walk to many of the best neighborhoods with award-winning restaurants, fun bars, and cool local shops. Plus, just a short drive to downtown, key attractions/sights, and the airport. Don't miss out, book today!

Our home's unique layout is ideal for families or friends, and especially groups that might have people who want extra space and privacy. There are a ton of amenities and a nice big yard.

The home is on three levels. When you enter, you'll be on the Main level. This level includes:
- Living room (with 65" 4k Roku TV)
- Dining area
- Full kitchen with bonus cozy seating/dining nook
- Bright and airy bedroom with king bed
- Bedroom with two twins
- Full bathroom with tub/shower

Head upstairs to the top level of the house. You'll find:
- Open spacious office area with monitor, keyboard, ergonomic chair, and printer
- Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer
- Bedroom with king bed and large Roku 4k TV
- Full bathroom with walk-in shower and lots of space

From the Main level, if you head downstairs you'll find:
- Another full kitchen
- Second living area (with large Roku 4k TV)
- Second dining area
- Bedroom with queen bed and Fire TV
- Bedroom with queen bed
- Full bathroom with extra deep tub tub/shower, heated floors, and full-sized stacked washer and dryer.

The yard:
- Spacious, fully fenced
- Patio with large umbrella, and lots of seating

NOTE: Artwork is being upgraded in the home over the next month, so you may see some changes upon arrival.

Note that there is a detached rental unit at the back of the property, you may see the resident coming and going from the yard since their door opens onto the outdoor space. They will respect your privacy and we ask the same of our VRBO guests.

Clean, spacious and large house located in area with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes.

Lots of places within a few mins walk from the house, including a supermarket. Area is very nice and check-in and out easy.

Perfect home base in Portland

We absolutely loved this rental home! Very close to both Williams & Mississippi, so plenty of restaurants, shops, and a nice park within walking distance. Really appreciated the added touches to make our stay comfortable (coffee with creamer, assortment of teas, plenty of cozy blankets for watching movies, games for the kids, etc). Would absolutely stay here on our next visit to Portland.

Great, Modern Space For Large Group

Had a very nice stay. The floorplan was perfect for 2 couples and 2 young adults who enjoyed having the lowest level to themselves. Having 2 king beds was a must. Perfect location for dining, coffee shops and walking, with parks nearby. Friendly neighborhood. Would stay again!

Fabulous house, fabulous hosts!

This house was great for our large group! Plenty of space to spread out with three floors and two living room areas. Plenty of room for people to be doing different things without feeling crowded, but still enough space for us all to gather for dinner together. Host was very nice and responsive. I would stay here again for sure!

Great house & location

There were 6 of us who came to Portland for a work conference and stayed at the house. Everything was great and well stocked. It was clean with some nice personal touches like wrapped Lindt chocolates on the beds. The location was nice and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store and the host responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully-appointed home

This was a lovely home with just about every amenity and commodity you could ask for. Very clean and great for a largish group. Everything worked, no complaints. Peter was very accommodating and communicative. The location is super close to bus routes and great for public transportation. Very walkable with a grocery store and plenty of cafes and restaurants near by.

Gorgeous house. 5 bedrooms. Only issue is it’s a split level home and the stairs coming up from parking area did not have railing. Otherwise it was perfect
