Modern oasis in the heart of Little Rock. This little home has the Joshua Tree charm with the vaulted ceilings, tons of plants, and natural light. The backyard features a charming garden and a beautiful pergola with outdoor seating.
This space is great for pictures and just coming to relax with some friends. Downtown is not far and South on Main is just down the street!

We don’t allow other pets, but our friendly exotic house cats, Penny and Patty, live here. They’re declawed, very sociable, and well cared for. Our home is professionally cleaned multiple times a week, but if you have a severe cat allergy, we advise against staying. No need to worry about their care during your visit!

Short beautiful stay

We only stayed one night we had a event at the zoo, it was super close by we loved the vibe of the place. The back patio was an amazing place to sit and read and unwind would definitely book again

Just a really cool place to stay…

Great spot, great decor! Love the style of the interior, and the backyard patio is a great spot to relax. Definitely recommend this place, and will stay here again in the future!

The home was clean and beautiful. It had everything one would need plus some. It was close to all our favorite places and in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying.

Nightmare Experience

Traveling with an adult child visiting another adult child. Searched for and needed a three bedroom with three beds. At the time of this review, their third bedroom with a "double sofabed" is misrepresented. That is not a sofa that converts to a bed, it is simply a couch and not a large one. Neither is it a bedroom but a room with a couch and a door that cannot be closed due to her cats needing access to their litterbox. No linens were provided for the green couch or the couch in the living room. We immediately left and asked for a refund and have received the wrath of the owner and lackluster support from the company. Will have to dispute this with my credit card company.

Needs a good cleaning

Ceiling fans and ceilings were full of the house smelt musty bathroom was not very clean. There was hair on the floor and dusty.. we originally booked for three days so we had groceries delivered because my daughter was having a procedure done so we wouldn’t be going in and out a lot. The host called and ask why we were having so much groceries delivered and reminded us there was no parties and events and to, avoid a bad situation which I thought was very odd. So the next day when my daughter had her procedure we asked the doctor if we could drive home and we just left and went on home so we only ended up staying one night.

Our house was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Fans are cleaned weekly, as daily cleaning is not necessary. There’s a chance you arrived on the cusp of the next clean. Had you just communicated though, we could have taken care of it for you immediately as our guests comfort is a priority. And I would have loved to see a hair on the floor, or any sort of photo evidence of such, as we have never received a review or feedback claiming that from any guest. The delivery man rang our security system doorbell, alerting us to the delivery of three large crates of food. Given your length of stay and number of guests, this was concerning. We take parties very seriously, as this is my home, so I am allowed to ask questions. Rating us 2 stars based on these points is unfair and pretty ridiculous. We provided a beautiful home for you to stay in, accommodated you, communicated efficiently, etc. But if this is your chance to get your opinion out into the world and to negatively impact a small business, then I suppose go for it, Karen.
