Stay at Big Bear

This condo was dirty. Check in experience was not helpful, we checked in early given the explicit directions outlined yet were not provided with the house number nor code until around 10 minutes before 4pm. Water pressure was non existent, and water temperature was either boiling or extremely cold. Location is great but aside from that, I would recommend looking elsewhere for this price.

Good But Old

Overall I would give our stay a 3.5. Pros: Check-in, customer service, and housekeeping/cleanliness of the property were great. Loved the living area for our young family, great neighborhood, and great hot water pressure. Cons: The property is really old. There is a very musty smell coming from the kitchen sink. The linens are very dated. Knob came off one of the sinks. The property was very hot/musty when we first arrived (we stayed in mid-July) but got better after we opened all the windows. Overall, it was comfortable & okay for the price.

1 star cabin with 4 star price

Filthy carpet, everything inside is cheap crap and/or very old 70s Era. Check out time of 10AM is too early and refused late checkout request, minimal amenities and TVs are pretty much useless
