When I first booked, he told me to rebook, he eventually made it supposedly work, they sent the check-in information but no check-in code, I reached out at 6 PM hours after one check-in was supposed to be. Told me he sent me the code, I told him I received no code, he did not manually send it to me, we were out there for a race, we drove all the way out to his location at 2 AM. Still did not get the check-in code. And then he continued to charge me. Would not recommend.

We operate an automated guest check-in propert . The keypad access code and instructional video were sent to the guest on Tuesday, October 28 at 7:14pm, three days before the scheduled check-in date. We have evidence of this action. The message was delivered by text to the phone number listed in the reservation and confirmed again in the Vrbo communication with the guest prior to arrival. Our standard check-in information is always issued at least 48 hours before arrival to ensure guests have everything needed for entry. The guest's review is being disputed for dishonesty and false statements.

Perfect cabin in my opinion. Love the living room, lazy boys, and tv. Bedroom's a bit cramped, but that's because it has a decent size bed that was very comfortable. If you have kids they'll love the bunk beds. Functional bathroom and kitchen, and nice dining area. Spacious front patio with a nice seating/table area. 5 minutes from the lake. Had a nice stay with the pooches!! We'll be back!!! Thank you Daniel!!!!
