Steps to the beach, Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna LLV480

Perfect for a two-family ski trip, this completely remodeled condo has been tastefully decorated and offers a prime location to the beach, lakeside pool, casinos and local bars and restaurants. Heavenly is just a 4-minute drive away. Enjoy access to all Lakeland Village amenities, including private beach, swimming pools, hot tub and sauna.
This home does not have air conditioning.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 8, including children/infants. This applies 24/7.

Afterwards, the group can gather in the living room in front of the fireplace with the game on, or hang out at the counter while the cooks are busy in the kitchen.

The home has 2 bedrooms downstairs: the master has a king bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub, and second bedroom has 2 queen beds and bath across the hall. Upstairs the open loft is great for the kids (or adults who got there last). A twin bed over double bed bunk can sleep up to 3 people.

Everything in the kitchen is new, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and modern rustic dining table that seats up to 6, and bar that seats 4. The beautiful living area has a large rock wall with gas fireplace, and comfy sectional sofa. Free wifi and cable TV are included.

The grounds of Lakeland village are incredible. You will not find a nicer beach in South Lake Tahoe. Beautifully landscaped with great amenities including private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub and sauna and a children’s play area. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities.

This beautifully updated unit is only available through RnR Vacation Rentals. Renting through RnR allows you to pick your unit and includes access to all amenities including the pools, hot tubs, beach, fitness center, discounted ski and snowboard rental, and free coffee at the lobby.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

There is nearby boat, SUP and kayak rental within walking distance to Lakeland Village in the summer as well as on-site ski and snowboard rental in the winter.

Great spot for a ski vacation

Stayed here with my partner for a week in January. Close access to Heavenly, and it had all the amenities we needed to cook and to relax. Would be ideal for multiple couples as well.

Nice place for a weekend ski getaway. Had to drive to the slopes, but that was expected. Two hot tubs on property, which we definitely used. Plenty of room to hang out. No complaints. Would go there again.

Family vacation

Location is perfect. Seconds to the beach and hot tub. Walking distance to shops, stores and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. The only complaint is that there is no way to heat downstairs without the upstairs getting uncomfortably hot. But I still give it 5 stars and will definitely stay again!

The shuttle service into town was great too. One thing though - the loft room isn't ideal as it isn't closed off so the kids could hear everything going on downstairs when they were trying to get off to sleep. It meant the adults had to be very quiet in the living/dining/kitchen area for most of the evening.

Very good stay with access to the lake

My family of 4, my husband, I and 2 young adult sons spent a very good stay in this apartment, 1 minute walk from Tahoe beach. The unit was nice and the kitchen well equipped. The only weak point is that the description on VRBO overestimates a bit the unit : the remodeling of the unit must not be so recent as described as well as the common areas of the village which need a remodeling (in process in several places) Moreover the large angle of the pictures let think about a larger space especially in the main room. We were confortable with 4 people but 8 would be clearly an issue. Not enough seats around the table and on the sofa.

My friend redid the place. Remodel is AWESOME! It’s brand new and really nice… we saw some of the other units on the property and this one is way better. If you go to the casinos late, you’ll have to take a cab back or walk but it’s about 2 miles. We took the shuttle there but I think it stops running at 9 or 10. Can’t wait for ski season!!! He says the shuttle picks you up right near the front door and drops you off at the Cal-Base in a few minutes. We normally stay at Timberlodge and supposedly you can be slope-side from here faster if you go up Gunbarrel than on the Gondola.

Close to so many restaurants and fun things to do on the south shore, as well as the beach access make it hard to beat! Having no air conditioning at the end of July was tough though. Coming back to the condo after a fun day of playing in the sun to 84 degrees at 8 pm was not ideal! Also both toilets would flush maybe 50% of the time. Super finnicky. One bathroom sink would take forever to drain and the master bath had trouble draining too. The place is old, but the location is hard to beat.

The only issue we had was temperature control. Because this is bedrooms down at entry level, living room and kitchen upstairs, the thermostat is upstairs and the bedrooms are either too cold or too hot. But that would not prevent me from staying here again as it's beautifully appointed. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need; we cooked all breakfasts here and really saved some money.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We're avid travelers and also a very clean family. We'll pay a little more for a nice clean place and we appreciate updated design and furnishings. We thought even though this place was at least 30% more than everywhere else we looked, it would be worth it. It was not. It was filthy when we arrived. There were carpet stains on the steps in the entrance of the space. The master bath had a horrible mildew smell, and the patio was filthy and we couldn't even enjoy it or BBQ there. We ate out for almost every meal with the exception of bagels and fruit. The place so hot the and the windows don't work so you can't open them. They also force you to purchase their 'insurance' services just in case there are damages. We left the condo in pristine condition and even went to the effort of stripping all the bedding off the beds out of respect to the cleaners, since that's what our family does. We did NOT damage anything while we were there. Several days after our stay, we were contacted by the property management group with an email requesting us to sign a claim form for a damaged mattress, (which was a torn mattress cover that we didn't tear), carpet stains (which were not from us and were in abunbdance when we arrived), and missing towels (which is the biggest joke because we didn't have enough towels and had to go to the front desk to request more so there were at least 10 additional towels, plus hand towels and washcloths). It sounds like extortion to me. As I mentioned, we're a very clean, responsible family and we were hardly in the condo. We certainly weren't there long enough to cause any damage or create the stains they claim we did. I wonder if other travelers staying here or anywhere with R&R Property Management have experienced these same type of ludacris allogations. I would never stay here again let alone recommend it to someone else. I would also never stay anywhere managed by R&R.
