Welcome to Saida I #202, a beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the second floor of the sought-after Saida I complex. Step onto the private balcony and take in breathtaking views of the pools, lush landscaping, tennis courts, and the ocean beyond.

Condo Features:
Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances for effortless meal prep
Master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and en-suite bathroom
Guest bedroom with two full-size beds
Sofa sleeper in the living room for additional accommodations
TVs in both bedrooms and the living room

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Great location. Amazing view and balcony.New appliances were great! Beautiful showers.I wish the unit had a closet in the entrance bedroom or somewhere to set luggage. Internet issues ; TV’s in bedrooms not working for more than an hour - if it even would come on. We had to watch the Tv in the living room.Also, needs hooks for towels in RR and perhaps a handle for holding on to…in the shower.The dead bolt lock was a little loose. The blinds are old- need replacement. Some of the blinds missing in larger room.The towels appear to be old and no longer white. (Hand, wash, body towels).

Saida was sad

Outdated on the outside. Inside of condo was modern. Especially the kitchen. View was great! Blinds were broken in both rooms, which was kind of a pain when it came to privacy and sunlight. No water pressure. Hard to get sand off. Ice in one building only and it wasnt mine. The main reason ill never go back is the hot pools. Nothing worse than a hot day and a hot pool.
