Make yourself at home in this Snowmass condo, which has been nicely decorated in pleasant neutral tones. Sit down on the bench that is conveniently placed in the condo's entryway to take off boots and other gear upon arrival. An array of hooks helps keep coats and other gear organized and ready for the next adventure. The tile and carpeted great room have all been nicely done in neutral colors, keeping the area light and bright. Make yourself at home in the living area, where a couch and two easy chairs are ideally angled for conversations or gathering around for a game on the coffee table. Especially on winter evenings, the gas fireplace adds an additional warmth and ambiance to the great room. A mix of wood and brick textures in the living room add interest and a feeling of coziness to the space. Through the glass doors in the living room, a private patio awaits. Especially on warm-weather days, this is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

Whether you're lounging on the couch or preparing a meal in the kitchen, it's easy to stay engaged in conversation within this open concept floorplan. The kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing meals, and includes full-sized white appliances, cookware, and tableware. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
