This was a great little cabin to get away for a romantic weekend with my new wife. The cabin it'sself was well updated and cozy. Location was great too! Far enough out of town to feel secluded but still close enough to drive in for meals or shopping.
This place had it all! It was even better than the pictures made it look. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio/Fireplace. We also took advantage of the river area with the Hammock & Fire pit! Thanks Barb!
My wife, myself, and our two boys had an incredible time. The Bungalow was the perfect hideaway in the woods, and we were still close enough to all that Traverse City had to offer. We traveled in from Texas and spent a week here and our boys loved it. The hot tub and fire were the perfect addition, as it let my wife and I connect after the boys went to bed. I would stay here every year we come to Traverse City if we could. Barb was a great host and communicator and had all of the things needed for a great stay. 5/5 stars!!
This was an absolute gem. Place was clean and inviting. Host made sure to have all the little things available so you didnt have to rush out to pick up something you need like coffee. The place was decorated nicely and the outdoor space was wonderful. One drawback but wasn't really the host's fault. Wi-Fi can be spotty. It seems ok during the day but once you settle down for the evening, didnt work very well. Made my son have to spend quality time with us instead of on his device so there's the silver lining.
