Centrally located, this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been tastefully designed for your peace and comfort. Everything is there from a well stocked kitchen, a work space, comfy seating in living room, easy to care for wood floors throughout the house, brand new foam King bed and queen beds. The backyard is very spacious and fully fenced for your dog. There is lovely outdoor furniture to enjoy the warm days.
Neighborhood is well kept and quiet. There is easy access to main roads.

There is parking on the street and you have a 2 car garage attached to the house for your convenience. A nice neighborhood to walk Located within a mile of shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. The hospital is with in a mile. There is a lovely park called Pine Nursery within walking distance where there is an off leash area for dogs.
Neighborhood is well kept and quiet. There is easy access to main roads.

We love this area and know all the great places to go. We have been property managers going on 2 years but have owned and operated many businesses. We take pride in our properties and make sure they are well taken care of.
Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood. It is quiet and close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment and a wonderful recreation park called Pine Nursery where there is 1 mile walking path, small and large dog park area, playground, picnic area, pickle ball and sand volley ball courts.
What makes this property unique
This property has a large fenced backyard, nice trees and a very nice flow to the home.
