This stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bath main cabin + private 2-bedroom cottage offers the perfect mountain getaway surrounded by towering pines and fresh alpine air.
Inside the main cabin, enjoy an open-concept living space with a cozy stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, a game room (pool table + foosball), and a one-of-a-kind custom bunk room featuring playful rustic designs guests love. A dedicated coffee room offers both drip and Keurig options with a variety of coffees and teas.
Step outside to the spacious deck featuring an outdoor kitchen BBQ area (Traeger, propane grill, Blackstone), perfect for group gatherings. Relax in the private hot tub while soaking in peaceful forest views.
The separate 2-bedroom cottage offers additional privacy with a king bedroom, daybed room, full bathroom with shower, private kitchen, and its own deck — ideal for extended family or couples.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the main cabin garage only-not the cottage garage. Please do not tamper with the garage at the cottage. There will be various owner closets that will be locked- please leave the locks alone.
**If you have excess trash that does not fit into the bins, you can either haul it off or I will charge a $10 per bag haul off fee. **
The Neighborhood:
Given the stunning scenery and its adjacency to various outdoor pursuits, Granite Ridge in Shaver Lake is a destination that caters to nature lovers, outdoor adventurers, and those seeking a peaceful retreat in the midst of captivating mountain landscapes. The neighborhood exudes a serene charm that makes it a popular choice for individuals and families looking to embrace the beauty of the Sierra Nevada region.
Getting Around:
This cabin has a large driveway, which can accommodate up to 4-6 vehicles. Please only use main driveway & lower right driveway only. The lower driveway on the left is the neighbors, please do not park there (when you're looking up at the cabin, our parking is on the right).
No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal.
No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways.
There is no uber, etc in this area.-you need your own transportation.
Other Things to Note:
4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake (168-E)
No outdoor fires are allowed in the Granite Ridge subdivision.
If you're caught with a pet, you will be charged a minimum of $1,000 fee-owners are highly allergic.
