Beautiful Lagoon, Ocean side Townhome at an Island resort!

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Lagoon Front Townhouse in Key Largo which sleeps up to 6. It was completely renovated in 2022. Dockage for boats up to 45 feet is available. Free use of the Boat Ramp. Free Trailer Parking. We have 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a 4.5 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish. The Jetty extends 1,000 feet into the ocean for fishing and beautiful sunsets. We provide a golf cart, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, fishing equipment, tennis equipment, pool & beach floats, etc... Restaurants are within walking distance.


THIS PROPERTY IS CLEANED AND SANITIZED TO CURRENT CDC STANDARDS.

Key Largo

The Townhouse is a little older but clean and nicely furnished. Great WiFi. Needs a larger tv in living room, only a 42. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Nice lagoon too.

HA-BYRVCH Stay

Norman was very helpful both before and during our stay to make the process of checking easy and explaining all of the nuances of the home to us upon arrival. The lagoon setting was very peaceful and amazing fish to see in the lagoon! We enjoyed our stay. Will be back.

Just OK for Seniors

While there were many positive aspects of our stay it was not as great as it could be. For example, in order to turn on the light in the master bedroom, one had to squeeze a hand behind the tall headboard. For an older person the stairs to the 2nd floor are very steep. Again for an older person, the furniture, while attractive is not comfortable. And, the kitchen layout makes it very difficult to empty the dishwasher. I would recommend this lodging for the under Senior crowd as there was lots of fun equipment to use and the inconveniences would not be as critical. And, the location is awesome.

Beautiful location

Pros: The resort here is amazing! There is so much to see and do without leaving the resort itself. We had more fun snorkeling in the lagoon here then we did on our charter! I really enjoyed where this house was located as well- it has great views is the lagoon. Norman met us at check in to show us around the resort and show us all amenities included (fishing gear/kayak/paddle board). He was very nice but we were exhausted and ready for bed after flying all day- however I understand why he likes to meet in person as there are things to show you around the resort included with your rental. The house was nice- equipped with allYou need. We cooked at the house a lot to save on costs- so we really liked having all we need for cooking dinners. The bathrooms and showers were gorgeous. The upstairs shower was absolutely amazing- not just with the way it looks but shower pressure and all- i don’t usually comment about showers but this one is worth the comment because it was the best. Cons: We were disappointed with the bedroom tv in the twin room. It’s very old and has lines going through the screen which was a bummer for my kids when they wanted the luxury of watching tv in bed. The golf cart broke down on us so we didn’t have that the last two nites which was a big disappointment. The stairs are awkward and would make me nervous if my kids were young.All in all I would 100% reccomend this rental- and I would be happy to rent it again. Thanks Norman!
