Playing Hooky on Navarre Beach
This beautiful beach home is in a gated community. This home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It offers an open floor plan with a large kitchen, living and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen comes with stainless appliances, and granite counter tops. The main floor offers 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master king bedroom is on the top floor, which provides privacy and amazing views. Off the main floor there is a balcony overlooking the pool area with a view of the beach. The Gulf of Mexico is a short walk across the street.
No boats, RV’s or trailers allowed to be parked in the driveway. Passenger vehicles only per HOA rules and regulations.
This gated community offers a pool that is located just steps from the home
Beach Access: When you walk out the home and exit the gated community, you make a right, walk 20ft, cross the road to the beach access. There is cross walk for you to use.
No Events or Parties Permitted
Minimum Age to Rent: 25

This house was absolutely perfect! It has just about everything you could need while on vacation. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you might need. The beach is a short walk and off the beaten path. We were just about the only people on the beach most days. I started and finished my day on the deck listening to ocean. It was very peaceful and relaxing!
