Hi Jackie,
We’re very surprised to read this review, especially since you’ve stayed with us many times before and know how much care we put into every property. As you know, we always provide a full welcome packet and binder in every single home — it includes everything from TV and Wi-Fi info to pool codes and local tips. If for any reason it wasn’t easily found this time, we truly apologize, but please know it’s always there for every guest, every stay.
You also mentioned “no pictures” and “not homey,” which caught us off guard — all of our listings have clear, accurate photos displayed before booking, and they reflect exactly what guests will see in person.
As for the refrigerator noise and blinds, thank you for pointing that out. We’ve already arranged for our maintenance team to check and replace anything needed. Not only were these issues never mentioned to us during your stay, but when you did reach out upon arrival, both of our agents responded immediately — through our 24/7 emergency phone line on the weekend and through VRBO chat support.
Given that you’ve been a repeat guest with us over the years, we’re genuinely disappointed to see a public review that doesn’t reflect the reality of your experience or our level of service. Our team has always gone above and beyond for you — promptly, professionally, and with care — so posting comments that aren’t entirely accurate feels unfair to the effort we consistently put into making your stays enjoyable.
Warm regards,
