Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad you found the home comfortable, well-equipped, and convenient with parking. We take pest control very seriously, and the home is on a regular professional service schedule, which is standard for the area. While occasional insects can occur in desert climates, this is not something we typically receive reports about. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly send our team to address any concerns in real time. We appreciate you sharing your experience and wish you the best with your exams and future travels.

Thank you! We’re pleased to hear the apartment suited your needs and appreciate you sharing your experience. Your feedback helps us improve our guest experience. We’d love to host you again someday.

Thank you so much! We’re genuinely delighted that you enjoyed your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding about the shower water pressure, and we apologise for any inconvenience. Hosting you was a pleasure, and we can't wait to welcome you again!

This home has a "moderate" cancellation policy. Very reasonable. Jim tried to cancel just a few days before arrival and this would have left us empty with no time to rebook.

Thank you for staying with us! We're glad you had a great visit. We look forward to your next visit!
