This apartment is a perfect location in a great neighborhood. The metro is nearby as well as restaurants and a number of the big sights. Paola is a fantastic host and answers all your questions. We had a great time.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Colosseum. Right on the bus and metro lines so easy to access anything in the city. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was a little hard for our liking but that surely is a European thing so we managed anyways. Paola was excellent and made sure everything was good and explained the lay of the land once we got there.

The apartment is situated in a lovely and calm neighborhood, from a walking distance to the main attractions. We came for my son’s 10-year-birthday trip, just the two of us, and stayed for 3 nights. Everything went well.Paola and her husband are great people, and the apartment is lovely. Thank you - especially for the restaurant tips!

We were so happy to find Paola’s property available for our dates. Everything about the space was as expected: spotless really does mean spotless! It’s perfectly sized and designed for two people - nothing in excess and nothing wanting. Testaccio is a quirky, friendly little neighborhood away from the tourist crowds. Although we ended up walking everywhere, the location is convenient to all public transportation, It was so nice to return to our homey corner of the city after long days out and about. Lots of food options! A restaurant just steps from the building’s front door was so inviting and delicious we went back twice. A local open market just a few blocks away was great for inexpensive eats and shopping. Paola could not have been a more warm and hospitable host. She greeted us at the door, made sure we had all the practical details we needed about the neighborhood and city, and was infinitely patient with us as we learned the ins and outs of the apartment. She even recommended a special restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. In sum, this is the best short term rental we’ve ever experienced - and we have done many!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It was super clean, located in a traditional Rome neighborhood and close to all the major attractions and great places to eat. What really made it special was the host Paola. She is amazing! Lots of follow up to make sure everything was going well for our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place in Rome.

The amenities were in excellent condition. The provided a comprehensive book of recommendations on everything from gelaterias to restaurants to sites to visit to the transportation options. She was responsive and helpful. I've had great hosts, but nobody who has made the stay so easy.

This apartment was beautiful and just what we needed! Right above a great restaurant, Paola and her friend Donatella were incredible hosts. The location of this place was great we were able to walk to the colosseum and other attractions.

Loved the unit, the neighborhood and especially our host! Superb location and super clean

We had a great 3 nights at Paola’s home. She is a great host - met us an the apartment, explained everything. It is a super location, lots of nearby restaurants and a short ride or even walkable to all of the important sites. Right on the bus route.

Clean, Cozy and Convenient

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was close to transportation, restaurants and grocery stores. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the feeling of an old established Italian neighborhood, yet still close to Rome’s must see areas.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this nice and cozy apartment. Lots of information was provided, so we didn‘t have to search the map too much. Very clean, well maintained, close to Metro station, We would go back there if the chance arise.

Great apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Testaccio. The apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and Paola provided much information about the neighbourhood and the city. Many restaurants, groceries and shops are close by, Mercato Testaccio is great, and you can enjoy a gelato in the Piazza.
