Perfect location; quiet street, clean rooms, LARGE, appreciated the availability of the washing machine and flexibility of leaving my bags for part of the day. I would stay again, especially if my trip was for a week or more.

Wonderful apartment in central location

It was like a dream. A throwback in time with the modern luxury of an airco. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and in the middle of all the historic highlights. The housekeeper was very friendly and gave some tips. Marvelous place and great service!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome. You have to appreciate the period features, in particular, the incredible timber ceilings dating back hundreds of years. On arrival, we were greeted like long lost relatives. It was the perfect way to start our Italian.

Spacious and great location

We enjoyed our four days in Rome in this spacious, centrally located apartment. The communication was great and check in smooth.We were within a 30 minute walk of the sites we visited and there are restaurants and cages close by. Great stay!

My wife and i had a wonderful time, the apartment was nice and cozy, very clean and the the amenities needed. The housekeeper Pina was very nice and made us feel welcomed. Al the sites were within walking distanceand the bus stop was close by. Would definitely stay again if we get back to Rome.

Best apartment in Rome

We travelled around Italy for a good while and haven't been welcomed so warmly anywhere else. The apartment is perfect, has everything you need with walking distance to all attractions. We highly recommend to everyone and hope we will come back to Rome one day.

Incredible find

Quaint, quiet, incredible find. House keeper, Pina and daughter Francesca will help with just about anything. Walking distance to all of Rome’s attractions, great restaurants are but a few steps away. Super Market is very close as well. Whether a short or extended stay, you will not be disappointed. We will stay here again

Amazing apartment in the heart of Rome.

The apartment is very spacious with everything needed for an extended stay. In the perfect location; less than a 5 minute walk to the Campo de' Fiori street market, 10 minute walk to the Pantheon, and 20 minutes to either the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, or Vatican City.

Fabulous

The accomodation is very central. We were able to walk everywhere. It’s quirky and has great character. Spacious to enable you to spread out. Washing machine on the balcony which was very useful. Local bar TSBAR which you can see when you look out the window does fabulous drinks and the guy who runs it Marco is a character and looked after us. Warm welcome on arrival. Perfect for the 5 days we stayed in Rome

Awesome spot!

My wife & I absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was our 1st time to Rome & the location was perfect. Communication was absolutely fantistic. If i want to find something to complain about ( I usually do) it's that we were worn out from walking when we left. Guess we'll check the alternatives when we come back because we sure hope to stay here again! Thanks!

Just what we needed

Great location, pleasant hosts, very well equipped with kitchen and laundry. Hosts geeted us with smile, clear instructions and s bottle of cold water 😀 Easy bus connections to the train station and sights. BE SURE to tap pay on bus. Different credit card for each passenger. The police seem to love to give tourists a 51 Euro fine if they don't tap successfully. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Roma.

Hidden gem

This is truly a hidden gem in a beautiful area of Rome. In such a big city, it is hard to find large locations in quiet areas. This apartment is huge for two people! We loved having drinks in the living room, listening to music and the sounds of the city downstairs. The bedroom is very quiet and dark at night because it faces the indoor patio of the building, so we slept great. You can find taxis and buses 5 minutes away, but if you enjoy walking, the Coloseum is only a 20 minute walk from your front door. Trastevere across the river is a 10 min walk away and lots of fun. Our check-in was very easy, with signora Pina explaining everything we needed to know. Francesca was also a quick text away. There’s a supermarket just 3 minutes away, and Elysium downstairs has great pizza and beers. We loved our time here and can’t wait to be back!

Charming Historical Apartment

What a beautiful apartment and stay! We had a smooth check-in process and enjoyed meeting Pina. The location was perfect for our needs and it was nice to be so close to a bus station to get around the city when we didn't want to walk. The historical building was incredible and felt like an authentic Roman experience. We loved the living room / library and sitting by the window with a glass of wine. One tiny note is that the fan stopped working in the bedroom, but the AC worked which was a lifesaver. And the bathtub / shower was a bit slow to drain. Otherwise, we loved it and would highly recommend!

Excellent Campo dei Fiori Location

This is a fantastic gem that is centrally located to many major sites in the city. It is an exceptionally charming apartment with lots of space for my spouse and I to work from home when needed. The restaurant options are numerous in both the immediate neighborhood as well as surrounding areas (Trastevere, Piazza Navona, Monti, etc.). The housekeeper Pina is very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment but you will have to plan far in advance for availability - it is difficult to find a place this special within walking distance of nearly everything to see in Rome. Many thanks to our hospitable hosts.

Three words: A-MA-ZING

We could not have picked a better place to stay for our time in Rome. Centrally located and within walking distance to almost every single thing. Fabio was SUPER responsive to all of my questions, and Pina (housekeeper) and Francesca (her daughter) were so super friendly, fun and helpful. We spent two days midweek in Florence, but coming back to this apartment felt like coming home. I would recommend this rental to absolutely anyone who wants the best possible authentic experience in Rome. I cannot thank Fabio and his family and staff enough. We will DEFINITELY be coming back and staying here again!!!
