Great View, Basic Apartment

This property is located in a wonderful spot that is convenient for getting to the grocery store, the high school and easy access to downtown stores. The view is very nice, but that's about it for this property. It's very basic with minimal amount of items in a rental. For example, there were not any garbage cans in bathrooms/bedrooms. No hair dryers. Also, this property is in desperate need of a deep clean. There is gunk splattered on the walls, dirt built up on floors, fridge smells, etc. We even found an old contact and hair tie in one of the made up beds. The washing machine is extremely loud. The property manager was extremely nice and helped shovel and plow snow.
