Around the property with many international restaurants and shopping centers which only 3 minutes for driving distance or you can reach them even walk. The features are all residents may exclusive use the Incline Village Hyatt hotel all amenities even the private beach. Many well-know ski resorts can be reached them by 10-30 minutes driving distance. Summer is the most popular season at Incline Village you can explore all activities around Lake Tahoe for hiking, golfing, boating, Kayaking, rafting, sailing, and fishing etc. Hope you enjoy Lake Tahoe with me.

What makes this property unique

The most popular weeks are Christmas and July 4th of the summer with holiday atmosphere, both of them I own for over a decade. Our family has so many fun and memories here. The bathrooms and furnitures have been remodeled and upgraded, Will keep going to upgrade as well to maintain property to the amazing taste .
