Great home base for our stay

This was a comfortable and clean home base to stay on our trip. We visited family in Sun City Center and Riverview. We went on excursions in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. I’d recommend for a comfortable place to stay.

The home is located in a very desirable location/neighborhood. However, if you want to use the pool it isnt real close to the home.

Nice Place

Property was very nice. Communication with Owner was excellent. Just make sure when pulling into the gate the first time stay to the left to get to the key pad. There is a double entrance and a little confusing.

Nice well equipped house

This cosy house is in a nice community close to many conveniences. There is a walking path close by for those who like to walk or run. The kitchen has a nice selection of pots, cooking knives and utensils. The refrigerator is large and modern. The master bed was very comfortable.
