We have a permeant tenant downstairs. He has his own bathroom (but will only use shower upstairs).

Very nice place to star and for the family, David was a great host and responsive. No issues at all with the house, everything was sharp and great decoration. We recommend this place to stay

Great Place!
The house was cozy, clean and fit my family of 4 with two older kids great. This neighborhood was good and convenient to downtown and also had lots of restaurants close by. The only downside was the neighbor had dogs that barked most of the night. It didn’t really bother me, but my wife had a hard time sleeping through the night with the noise. Overall a good place.

Lovely house
It was a lovely house. Very clean. Neighborhood was uneventful. Quiet Neighbors. Only downside was the neighbors dogs barking a lot. Other than that had a great stay. Thank you!
