LOCATION! Enjoy the mountains and the city. Easy Interstate Access from DIA. This totally remodeled 3BR/2.5 Bath home is PERFECT for enjoying all that Denver and the Rocky Mountains have to offer. Just 2 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater and minutes from I-70/I-470. Less than 1 mile to world class mountain bike trails. About 1 hr to Breckenridge.
Cook out and relax on the back patio in the private yard or catch a show at Red Rocks. This house is the perfect escape to enjoy beautiful Colorado.

This completely remodeled home is within 1 mile of Green Mountain and just 2 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater! Plus, you can be in the heart of downtown Denver in just 12 minutes (7 miles away).

Owner will make arrangements for guests to easily gain access at check-in. And ample parking is available on the street and in the driveway if needed. :)

We have a Smart TV. You are able to access **Your Amazon, Netflix, Hulu etc plus you can bluetooth the tv with your phone as well** and we have a fully fenced in back yard with a gorgeous outdoor living space.

I am originally from Iowa but have been in Denver for almost a decade. I love the mountains and going mountain biking on trails nearby. We are within 3 Mi of world-class mountain bike trails. And skiing starts at just a half an hour away..
Why they chose this property
I chose the Green Mountain neighborhood because there are views of the city lights of Denver as well as being approximately 1 mi away from the first trailhead for hiking and biking.
What makes this property unique
I love my property because it is a large open concept recently renovated home. The big fenced in backyard is perfect for kids and dogs. And still I am just a 10-minute drive from Denver -- and a mile and a half from I-70!
