I am originally from Iowa but have been in Denver for almost a decade. I love the mountains and going mountain biking on trails nearby. We are within 3 Mi of world-class mountain bike trails. And skiing starts at just a half an hour away..

I chose the Green Mountain neighborhood because there are views of the city lights of Denver as well as being approximately 1 mi away from the first trailhead for hiking and biking.
What makes this property unique
I love my property because it is a large open concept recently renovated home. The big fenced in backyard is perfect for kids and dogs. And still I am just a 10-minute drive from Denver -- and a mile and a half from I-70!
