We moved to Arizona!

It is a beautiful home and property! Great area too! I will say the hot tub was dirty and not clean at all and on Mondays the pool guy comes in the morning and I was literally half naked and shocked haha! The pool lounger chairs and 4 chairs around the fire pit were sun worn and they tried to accuse me of damage, but I have photos of course! But overall honestly a dope ass house!

Communication was great. The linen had pet hair in the Master Bedroom as well as one of the twin beds. I text the owner and cleaning crew came to change the linen. The air conditioning didn’t work in the back of the house upon arrival and it was 118 degrees in Phoenix . I had to notify the owner and a technician came out the next day however couldn’t fix it until the third day of our stay here. Luckily we traveled to California that was planned for those two days so once we returned it was fixed. This put a damper on things so my kids and I were ready to leave. Overall, it worked out to serve out purpose but, I wouldn’t do it here again.
