The house was charming and just perfect for our family. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed walking to downtown Winooski. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place. Convenient location. Living room was very comfortable to hang out in. Kitchen has 4 comfortable chairs. Most things in the house were clean, but the bathroom and the refrigerator were not up to our standards of cleanliness. Mattresses were all on the soft side (not old, just soft) so if you need a firm mattress for your back, this is not the best location for you.
Great location in close proximity to Burlington and Lake Champlain, and close enough for an easy drive to Stowe. We visited for a fall family trip to explore Vermont, and the location was ideal for that. The house itself was simple and offered plenty of space for our family of five. There was a slight odor when we arrived, but we purchased air fresheners which helped freshen it up. The bathroom could have used a deeper clean, so we picked up some cleaner to tidy it before using the shower. The red blinking traffic lights outside do shine through the window, but pulling the blinds down far enough helped minimize it.Overall, it’s a quaint, comfortable home that worked well for our family stay in Vermont.
We traveled for a family party and brought the pups. The house was set up nicely to accommodate all of us. Convenient location with a short walk to a dog park. Host was accommodating. Check in was easy.
Overall it was a nice place. A few things, the Fridge could have been a little cleaner. Bathtub could use a refresh of the caulking a deep clean to remove rust stains. Could have used more towels and a bathmat for getting out of the tub. Floor was pretty slippery when wet.
The listing stated the place was for 9 people. We had 8. There was sleeping for 6, 7 if you count the couch. We arrived late and the host didn’t respond until the next day, which I can understand, but did nothing to help. I contacted VRBO and they said a supervisor would call me in 10-15 minutes. They did not. Hours later the host stated the couch was a futon and said there should be an air mattress and said they if the wasn’t they would drop one off. Eight hours later still no air mattress. I messaged and asked about it. No response. I spent a second night sleeping on the floor… Besides the sleeping arrangements I informed both the host and VRBO of the filth in the rental. There were mouse droppings in at least two of the utensil drawers and the air fryer was dirty with much grease. Again no satisfaction. Today I was offer excuses but no recourse for the situation. This was a trip for my granddaughters graduation and this situation occupied much of my time that we were unable to fully enjoy our time… That all being said the house was okay besides having to sleep on the floor for two days..

Good space/not as clean as I would like it.
Property was conveniently located near shops, and restaurants.
The house itself had a weird smell. Lots of dust bunnies, no trash can in the bathroom. All walls need a good wash and base boards too. No flat sheet and the pillows were not that great either. Lucky Vermont has a lot to offer so we literally just slept there and bathed.

Get what you paid for…
House cute but basement not usable water was leaking from furnace and cool. Back room with red coach not usable cold no heat! Area questionable. We usually don’t get the highest cost rentals but this one seemed less quality than most!
