Comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath cottage that is just a short walk to the beach and parks.
The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably ( approximately 950 sq feet) and is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies and appliances. Included is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience . Outdoors there are chairs, picnic table, BBQ and firepit for your enjoyment. This cottage is conveniently located near Ludington Stearn’s Beach, Ludington Lighthouse and to downtown restaurants, shops and breweries. You can watch the SS Badger Carferry leave and return to port each day!
Ludington offers movies in the park on Thursdays, Beach bonfires, and live music most weekends in the summer. All within walking distance.
There are also many other things to explore in the area. Kayaking, canoeing or tubing at Ludington State Park, charter fishing and numerous events sponsored throughout the summer!
*Book early to guarantee a reservation, we have many repeat guests who typically book in January or February for the upcoming season. We loved our stay at this cottage! It was so clean and well-decorated, and the location was amazing - very walkable to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. This cottage was the perfect home base for all of our adventures. Ludington is so special and we would love to come back!

A wonderful getaway!

Me and 3 of my friends stayed here for 2 nights. The space was perfect for us. Everything was incredibly clean and the owner had amazing communication. She even provided her personal phone number if we needed anything. Me and my buddies will definitely consider staying here again!

Quiet neighborhood/clean house

We loved the cottage for our family of 4! It was small, of course, but plenty of room for us, and everything you would need for a short or longer stay! It was very clean and all the furnishings seemed pretty new and very nice. Super easy 2 block walk to Stearns Park or an easy walk to downtown Ludington. We walked to the beach and downtown several times.

Perfect spot for family

We loved everything about our stay. We are a family of 5 and there was a ton of room to be comfortable. We loved the backyard to spread out and throw balls. It is super close to the beach so your little ones can walk it too. The house is very clean and has everything you could need. Dorothy answered all of our question's quickly. We will definatly be back again. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Stay

Our stay was wonderful - zero complaints. Everything in the cottage is tastefully updated and decorated. The beds are comfortable, home was well stocked, and the location is an ideal two blocks from the water. You can see the lake from the street. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We hope to return in the future! Extra perks included the new washer and dryer, tons of hooks for hanging suits and towels, and pocket door to divide the living room in the evening after kids went to bed. Glad to have found this little gem!

This was a great place to stay for our week in Ludington. The cottage was the perfect size for our family and nicely setup. The two bedrooms were a good size with large closets and blackout shades. There were plenty of extra towels and linens provided which was great. The kitchen was nicely equipped although a bit tight on counter space. Outside the yard is shared between a few other similar cottages with grills and picnic tables. There was also a deck box with a collapsable wagon, beach chairs for adults and children and a beach umbrella. From the cottage it was a quick walk to the beach which was great. Downtown is also walkable/bikeable from the cottage. It was only a little more than 10 minutes to drive over to the state park which we ended up doing almost everyday we were there. Communication with the host was great so overall it was a great stay.
