Comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath cottage that is just a short walk to the beach and parks.
The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably ( approximately 950 sq feet) and is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies and appliances. Included is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience . Outdoors there are chairs, picnic table, BBQ and firepit for your enjoyment. This cottage is conveniently located near Ludington Stearn’s Beach, Ludington Lighthouse and to downtown restaurants, shops and breweries. You can watch the SS Badger Carferry leave and return to port each day!
Ludington offers movies in the park on Thursdays, Beach bonfires, and live music most weekends in the summer. All within walking distance.
There are also many other things to explore in the area. Kayaking, canoeing or tubing at Ludington State Park, charter fishing and numerous events sponsored throughout the summer!
*Book early to guarantee a reservation, we have many repeat guests who typically book in January or February for the upcoming season. Remove all food from refrigerator and cupboards. Take trash out. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No additional guests allowed on premises inside or out other than registered guests after 10 pm. The cottage is part of an HOA/ rules.
Absolutely NO pets or smoking in the cottage or outside on the property. $350. fee will be charged if not followed. HOA rule for property.
