About this property

Adorable, “ Beach View Cottage” Lake Michigan views! Best location!

This 3 bed/ 1 bath beach house is a wonderful place for singles, couples and families to enjoy. It's just a few steps away from Lake Michigan with a beach/ lake view from the living room, dining room, bedroom and front yard/porch. This house has everything you need for your perfect beach vacation.

There is public beach access, steps away, right across the street. Sit on the front porch to watch the sun set on the beach in the evenings. You can also walk to the beach for mini golf, walk the break wall or head to the House of Flavors for ice cream. Walk downtown for great restaurant choices and shopping!

This house will sleep 6 adults comfortably.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, two dressers and full closet. There is a flat screen, smart tv connected to WiFi. You will need own account for apps ( Netflix, Hulu, Peacock etc) to watch tv.
Bedroom #2 is a small bedroom with a queen sized bed, one small dresser and small closet.

Bedroom #3: has two sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), children only for sleeping on the top bunks. This room also has a small living space, a tv, which is hooked up to a DVD player to watch movies only. There are movies and games available for the kids.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. Included: a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and dishes. There is a countertop ice maker, too.

The bathroom has an antique claw tub/ shower combo with a pedestal sink.

Towels/ linens are provided. . There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer and linen storage.

There are smart tvs in the living room and in the bedroom, both are connected to WiFi. There is a small tv/ dvd player in the kid's room.

The garage space is another area for relaxing. It has a table and chairs, mini fridge and games. There is also a portable fire pit and Weber gas grill available for your use.

There are beach toys, coolers, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella provided for your use.


The private driveway can fit two full sized vehicles for parking. There is also free street parking available right in fromt of the house.

amazing property!

We had so much fun staying at this tidy and clean cottage. On days it rained, we hung out and played all the games in the garage that were provided. The beds were comfy and the kitchen fully stocked. This was perfect for adults, but also had a cute dollhouse and train table for our little ones.

This little house was perfect. Perfect location for Beach, Shopping and Meals. The list of things to do and places to eat that the property owner left was very helpful. Only one small bathroom, but it was the cutest little house. We will go back.

Cozy Anniversary Outing

This cozy shake cedar ranch harkened to the house my wife, Emily, and I started are life in. It was the perfect getaway for my wife and I to spend our 25th anniversary and reminisce our journey. The cottage is wonderfully decored and well cared for. Ludington is a relaxing getaway during the holiday season; we enjoyed making a doughboy candle downtown and walking the shops.

Excellent day at Beachview cottage.

Excellent location for this very clean, very cute, well stocked, and comfortable cottage. I highly recommend it. The One minute walk to the lovely public beach Is fantastic for Sunset viewing and long walks to the lighthouse. It’s quiet and lovely and peaceful. Everything you could want.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was kind, responsive, and very generous—especially in offering us flexibility with our checkout time since we arrived late due to storms. She also let us know that she had set up a pack n play ahead of time and left a high chair out for us and our little one. The space was clean, cute, and more spacious than I expected. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience here. The cottage was perfect... every little detail taken care of.
