The apartment is opposite the Auditorium and the National Theatre of Catalonia, near metro stations and Glories Monumental Line 2 Line 1 . And near the Sagrada Familia and Plaza de Toros Monumental.
It has two bedrooms one double and one with bunk beds comfortable single 1.90 cm by 0.90 and a sofa bed in the dining room.
The living room has TV, HIFI,PC with functional decor . Free WIFI .
The apartment is just 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and 15 minutes walk to the beach or Olympic Village and 20 minutes from Plaza Catalunya.
Two Metros stations:The Monumental Metro Station is 2 stops from Paseo de Gracia and the Metro station Marina is 3 stops from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas .

They welcomed us with pastry which we never expected. Well stocked toiletries kitchen supplies but didn't have enough time to cook a meals. Warmer place compared coastal areas.

Beautiful Barcelona Stay

The apartment is in a great location. The bus stop is right outside and the metro station is a short walk away. I felt safe at all times throughout the day and late nights. It was spacious and very clean, everything worked flawlessly. Miguel was a great owner and gave us great tips for the city and restaurant reviews. He had some snacks for us which was amazing!! Our family would stay here again. Thank you Miguel! We hope to come back again.

Wonderful apartment, convient to Metro.

Wonderful apartment in pristine condition and all the amenities you need, including a washer, hair dryer, iron, etc. Host also had an information binder with appliance manuals, maps and marked where nearby food stores were. Close to 4 different Metro stops, which made it very easy to reach all destinations within a few minutes. There is a great flea market at Glories metro stop on Monday, Wed, Friday and Saturday and it includes eateries too on the top level. Walk to the other side of the tower and you will find a retail and restaurant area including a Mercat upscale food market.

Well appointed flat, quiet location, amazing value

Miguel's flat is close to the cathedral and the beach, well situated for taking public transit into the Gothic Quarter/port area. It's possible to take the metro all the way from the airport at about 1.5 hours and the ride in a car is much shorter if the traffic is low. The balcony provides a great space to dry clothes damp from the wash or from the sea. Well appointed kitchen with everything you would need to feel like home. On particularly warm days, the air con is a treat. Very quiet neighborhood after dark and short, safe walk from a more lively part of town after a typically late Spanish dinner. Highly recommended from all members of my party.

Not as advertised.

This was the sixth apartment we rented in Portugal and Spain. It was the most expensive, but the only one we feel was not as expected. It is in dire need of repairs, the A/C leaked all over the hallway floor, the main front door has no lock on it, there are no windows to the outside world and the shower is hard to adjust. We wanted to like it here because the hostess was very nice (provided croissants and juice for our first breakfast) but I honestly believe this unit needs the repairs and a paint job before being rented again. It is definitely not as advertised. Location is good but that's it.

Clean and good location

Super clean flat with everything you need. Located in a lovely area where all amenities and access to transportation are close. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will gladly return there. I didn't get to meet Miguel in person but his sister Carolina took care of everything and welcomed us warmly. Recommended!

propre et bien situe

L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre, au calme, et très bien situé dans Barcelone : près de 3 stations de métro ( la plus près est Glories ), tram et bus. Idéal pour les marcheurs car le centre (el Born , la Ribera et el Barri Gotic) n'est pas très loin tout comme la Sadraga Familia et le quartier de l'Eixample. J'y retournerai c'est sûr !

Felt like locals, very clean.

Miguel, were extremely friendly and helpful, responded quickly to all communication and met us with a welcoming gift and gave us information for seeing the city. We enjoyed being within walking distance to most attractions and the metro. Complete amenities were within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Great price for the location

Could very easily walk to beach, las ramblas, bike rentals, bus stop, and subway across the street, very hard to get a taxi though from this location. Very close to sagrada familia, a supermarket. Some restaurants and pubs, Perfect siZe apartment for 2-3 people traveling. Would highly recommend. Miguel is very nice and easy to communicate with. the door was very hard to unlock, so I would make sure you try it before he leaves. We had a hard time getting in the first night

Bonita casa cómoda, en un hermoso barrio tranquilo. 15 minutos a pie de olimpic puerto, a 15 minutos a pie de la plaza catalunya y muy cerca de paradas de metro, tranvía y autobús. Miguel es un chico muy amable, él preparó nuestra estancia con toallas limpias, tenía un ordenador portátil para nosotros e incluso cervezas y una botella de vino! Gran lugar!

Miguel est un hôte trés agréable! Il est disponible et à l'écoute du moindre de nos besoins! Grâce à lui et à ses conseils nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone! L'appartement est en tout point conforme à la description. Il est trés bien situé (à proximité du métro, des commerces et même de la vieille ville qui est accessible à pieds) et trés agréable! On y trouve tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour! (y compris des produits de première nécessité : lait, eau, café, thé, bière, biscuits, gel douche, shampoing, ...) A wonderful and cosy home away from home

You can't be wrong when you book this wonderful apartment in terms of value for money, excellent location and nearby supermarkets ( if you want to do some cooking ). It's very hard not to like the owner, Mr Miguel, who is very kind, helpful and ever ready to assist if you need any information. All these have made our stay (10 days) in Barcelona a very memorable experience.

Well connected and economic, for the price of a hotel room enjoy over 45 m2 apartment with kitchen, in an apartment in the historic Eixample neighborhood, save money living like a Spanish of Barcelona, next to the Holy Family, 2200 meters from the Ramblas but without the hassle of constant noise and harassment to tourists. If driving is no possibility of an optional parking at great rates, ask about discounts for children and long seasons.
