We are about 1 mile from the French quarter and far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. You have free garage parking and access to our pools and gym. We hope you choose to stay with us and have a relaxed vacay in NOLA! :)

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. You have full access to the condo. Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

This condominium features modern amenities throughout with an elegant charm in the heart of New Orleans. A spacious living area, overlooking the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans brings all the best from the comfort of home. Crystal's apartment is exactly as pictured, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located in New Orleans. We felt at home from the first night! The sofa wasn't the comfiest for sleeping, but apart from that, everything was great for my family and me. Would definitely recommend

A wonderful stay…

The suite and building were great, wonderful to unwind after a day of touring… and to make our own breakfast. The building is new and quite secure. The host Crystal was very attentive to any requests or questions… overall, a great experience!

Perfect trip to NOLA!

We loved everything about this condo. The location is a quick Uber trip to the French Quarter. We enjoyed the pool, and the bed was super comfy. The owner checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed, and one night even stopped by to bring us an extra blanket (she lives in the building) We would definitely stay here again!!!

If I Could Give More Than 5 Stars, I Absolutely Would!My husband and I recently stayed at this incredible New Orleans condo, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt immersed in the spirit of NOLA — not just in the city, but in the condo's decor, energy, and overall vibe.The space is stunning. Every detail celebrates New Orleans culture — vibrant, soulful, and full of character. One of the most unique features was a small shrine with a note inviting guests to leave a gift but never take one. That little corner felt like a time capsule, filled with quirky and heartfelt treasures left by past visitors. Our favorite was a fabulous red and gold high heel shoe that radiated NOLA sass. It felt like we were part of a long line of travelers, each leaving behind a piece of their story.The washer and dryer were a great touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner one night. It truly felt like a home with way more personality.Communication with the host was excellent. Every question was answered quickly and kindly, and we felt genuinely cared for.The location is a gem. It is about a mile and a half to the nearest streetcar stop, but parking is also available if you have a car.We cannot say enough good things. This place added magic to our New Orleans adventure. Book it. You will not regret it.

I love the eccentric neighborhood of the Bywater. Tons of great restaurants adds to the benefit of staying here. Also, close enough to the French Quarter but also far enough to be able to have a great nights sleep.
