Nice place to stay

Location was great. We could walk to everything but was far enough from central ave that is quiet at night.

Location , Adorable , Clean

This was our first time to visit Hot Springs, Arkansas. This was the best location for an easy walk to bathhouse row and central avenue. It was the perfect size for two couples. King beds were comfy as well. We enjoyed the complimentary items (coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) as well.

Response from VrboOwner on 24 Apr, 2026
Your review is not accurate, Jennifer. You reported the AC not cooling "as desired" off-platform via text message. It also happened to be after my HVAC contractor's normal business hours so I offered to refund your stay allowing you to book another property. I also offered to move you to an adorable cottage located a half block from The Loft. You declined both offers. I checked on you again on Monday asking if my AC guy could pop in and you told me "the loft cooled down, sorry we panicked". Then you text me the night before check-out expecting a refund. My HVAC tech evaluated the unit following your check-out and it is working as designed. I have an invoice to prove that. You set the unit on 60 according to the picture you sent me. You knew there was not a problem and that is why you declined a refund and did not want to change locations. I am forwarding all off-platform communication from you to VRBO for their team to review.

Excellent Loft!!

Friends weekend was a huge success, thanks to this adorable property. It was clean, well decorated, very well stocked, and in a perfect location for walking around downtown Hot Springs. I would highly recommend this property for 2-4 adults, with space for 2 kids as well. I brought my dog and he was very happy too. Property owners were highly responsive as well!

Great walkable location!

We had a nice stay over Easter weekend. The loft was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. We walked to many nearby restaurants, including Best Cafe, Colorado Grill, SQZBX, and Cafe Kahlo. We also walked to Bathhouse Row and all the way down to The Arlington. Our only complaint about the loft itself is the fan and the AC in the front room are noisy. Although the loft is off the main strip, the front room does get a lot of road noise at night (sirens, motorcycles, etc). The back room is very quiet though! Private parking for our vehicle off the street was perfect. Would recommend to others and would stay again!

This is such a neat place right in the center of the action- and with parking! Our only complaint was a strong smell- like a mouse had died. We never could find it. The host offered to move us and was very good about everything. We would definitely stay again!

Propery was very clean and nice. Had a bit of a musty smell like it had been closed up for a while but it was not horrible by any means. We talked about getting a candle but didnt want to light anything in the rental. All the necessities were provide in the bathrooms and kitchen. Having off street parking was AWESOME, as was the small sitting area outside.
