To be upgraded and renovated during summer 2025, the current living room, dining room, kitchen, and lanai will be transformed into an open-plan great room overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens and pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms will also be totally renovated. The master bedroom will include an ensuite bathroom with a new king-sized bed.

Important Details

• Location: First-floor end unit in La Maison Club Community, Mooring section of Naples (next to Parkshore). La Maison is on the Bayside with Gulf beach access directly across the street.
• Requirements: Per Condo Association rules, guests must complete an application and lease agreement. A non-refundable $100 application fee (payable to La Maison Club) and an interview with the Condo Board are required. Your stay is contingent upon their approval.
