Unbelievably beautiful property. The ease of access to the fenced in area for pets was so helpful. The kitchen really is ready for meal making, so convenient. Cant get much closer to the beautiful lake either. 10/10

Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the property and that the fenced yard made things easy for your pets. It’s great to hear you were able to take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and the close proximity to the lake as well. We really appreciate the 10/10 review and would love to host you again anytime!
Quiet, secluded, beautiful, room to spread out and entertain - we have a boy and girl teenager and they each brought a friend to stay, plus parents had our own nice spot with big bedroom, bathroom and patio
It is a nice property. It could have been cleaned more thoroughly between tennbut it was

Thanks for the kind words! Cleanliness is something we normally get great feedback on, so I really appreciate you pointing this out. I’ll be addressing it directly with our crew to make sure it doesn’t happen again. If you choose to stay with us again, I’d be happy to offer you 20% off for the inconvenience.
This house was amazing! It was exactly how it was advertised and so beautiful. I loved all of the cool art and decor it has. It’s a great location, only a 5 min walk to the lake and there are a lot of amenities to use in the kitchen and bedrooms. Super clean and easy to access. A great stay for a great price. I highly recommend!

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The house itself was bigger than it looks in the pictures. There were lots of bugs/spiders around the exterior, on the patios, etc. Water pressure was low and it was clear that some of the house had been redone quickly and cheaply but overall it was a nice and comfortable stay. The glow in the dark ping pong table was the highlight for me. The lake is truly just a short walk down the driveway and easily accessible. Kitchen was nice and had lots of spices and cookware stocked.

Thank you for your stay and for highlighting so many of the things we take pride in clean and comfortable rooms, an easy check-in process, a spacious layout, a well-stocked kitchen, and of course the glow-in-the-dark ping pong table! We also love how close the property is to the lake, and we’re glad you enjoyed that convenience too.
That said, I do want to address a couple of your comments. This home was built in 2020 and has never been remodeled, all construction and finishes are brand new and completed to a very high standard. It’s a little puzzling to hear it described as if parts were “redone quickly and cheaply,” since nothing in the house has been redone at all. It makes me wonder if perhaps there was some mix-up with another property you’ve stayed at.
As for bugs on the exterior, this is the Texas Hill Country, vibrant, full of wildlife, and right next to the lake. While we do regular treatments and sweep down cobwebs, we are mindful not to blanket the property with harsh chemicals and pesticides, which would be unsafe for people, pets, and the environment. Some presence of bugs outside is part of the experience of staying in nature rather than in the city.
We always welcome feedback and appreciate your honesty, but given our long history of stellar reviews and the hard work we put into maintaining this property, I do hope future guests will read through all of our reviews for a full picture.
Thanks again for your stay and for sharing your thoughts.
The house was great in almost every way. It’s clean and well maintain. We loved the dog door and back yard area for the fur babies. It’s a quiet street with a gate for lake access and a lil park very close. I would like to visit again with more time to enjoy it. My only complaint is that to get to a restaurant of any kind means a drive down from the hills. So- bring something for breakfast if you wake up starving, like I do, and you’ll be all set to enjoy this peaceful retreat. Oh, and use the countertop because that table is an art piece and impossible to clean or even set a plate flat on it.
This place was a hidden gem in a gorgeous area of the Texas Hill Country. Everything you need to live outside of home is here. We grabbed our HEB grocery order from Bee Cave on our way there. Very spacious. Quaint little park off the lake nearby for swimming and fishing. My husband and I were looking for a place to relax, bring the pups, and visit the local breweries. If rest and relaxation is what you are looking for, I would highly recommend. Thank you to the host Nick and his family for allowing us to visit this beautiful place for a reset vacation.
Awesome property in peaceful community with lake view from primary bedroom balcony. Host was super welcoming, and we loved the artistic flair of the place. We’ll definitely visit again in the future.
