Fully equipped kitchen, 3 king bedrooms, den, family room with queen pullouts, and an optional queen blow-up mattress offer ample space. Relax in 2 full baths and a whirlpool tub. Enjoy the beach, heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playground, basketball court, sand volleyball, Tiki bar, golf course, clubhouse, and fitness center. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start dishwasher and wash all other dishes. Start one load of towels.
Replace outdoor cushions and patio storage box.
Lock doors and return keys and wristbands to office dropbox. Checkout time is 10AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Enjoyment - quiet time after 10:00PM
Any unsafe acts or violation on condo or association rules may result in added fees and immediate termination of rental and departure.
No fire to be used in or around the property and on decks. Grills are approved on lower level and must be 10+ feet from any structure
