This Penthouse condominium is located on scenic Castle Rock Lake just north of Wisconsin Dells and is located within the exciting Northern Bay Resort in Arkdale, WI. Northern Bay is a complete year-round vacation resort featuring the beautiful Castle Course at Northern Bay. The course is a one-of-a-kind replica 18-hole golf course, with a restaurant & Tiki bar.

This is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends. Accommodations include a beautiful three bedroom two bath condo. Located on the third floor, the unit is easily accessible through the main entrance by stairs or elevator with a private deck overlooking the 2nd fairway of the Castle Course at Northern Bay. The master suite has a king bed, a private balcony which has great views of the lake, a large walk in closet, a fireplace and full bath with large Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and the third has a queen bed, both bedrooms have spacious closet space. The second bath has a full size bathtub/shower combo. A wonderful modern fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a spacious dining area which seats up to 14 comfortably. The family room has cathedral ceilings with a large entertainment center, flat screen television, comfortable chairs, full size sleeper sofa, and a gas fireplace. Adjacent to the family room is a sitting area with an additional full size sofa bed.

The resort provides a great setting for many other outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV four-wheeling, biking, sandy beach, heated pools, hot tub, fishing, boating, tennis, and basketball. There are sand volleyball courts and a playground for the little ones. Plus, golfers will be thrilled with Wisconsin's only replica golf course which includes holes from Pebble Beach, Saw Grass, Augusta, Oakmont and Firestone.

Conveniently located only 25 minutes from the Wisconsin Dells.

Wonderful Choice

This was by far one of the best VRBOs I've stayed in. Very well equipped...everything you could possibly need. The amenities were fantastic, beds were so comfy, and the views were amazing. The owners were great, very accommodating, even helping us recover a lost giraffe. We loved this place so much, my wife and I toured one to buy and are still discussing. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great stay!

Our group really enjoyed our stay - this property is larger than it seems in pictures and is very well-appointed. We enjoyed the community facilities including the pool, grill, and playground. One thing to note is that the music at the Tiki bar does get loud on Friday and Saturday evenings and could be heard in the condo bedrooms. Not a major issue for us, but could be challenging for light sleepers or those with children asleep before 11 pm. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Amazing Trip!!

Our three generational family had an amazing stay Quail Ridge Condo. It was in immaculate condition with a beautiful, spacious, and open floor plan. The huge master bedroom and ensuite were wonderful!! Everyone spent a lot of quality time on the deck. What a gorgeous view!! Our grandkids loved both swimming pools which were a short hike away, while the adults enjoyed the convenient walk to the Tiki Bar. We also had a few successful and happy fishermen. So much FUN!! Bill Cahill was helpful, accommodating, and very kind. The whole family highly recommends Quail Ridge and can’t wait to return again!

We truly enjoyed our stay.Unfortunately, we were accused of breaking a lamp that did not happen when we were there. The property did not feel like a VRBO but rather we were in someone's home. Their personal property was all over, it was dirty (rugs gross, towels stained, bedding not washed between stays and kitchen full of food and dirty dishes). We were told the cleaning people found it - if they missed a lot during their cleaning, perhaps this was missed by another guest. The lamp is worth about a whole 5 as it is probably original to the condo. Northern Bay great place to stay - just not at this place.

While we are sorry that our property did not meet your expectations, we are very certain that the damage to the lamp occurred during your stay. We are very careful in these situations and do perform our due diligence when we find damage to our property. We also take pride in creating a “homey” atmosphere for our property. We want people to feel comfortable during their stay and not have the feeling of a hotel type property as this is not a hotel. With regards to the cleanliness. Here again we take pride in providing a clean and safe environment and this has been reflected in reviews from our many guests we have hosted over the past 9 years. While the items you pointed out that did not meet your specific expectations are duly noted, as we have previously stated, we have never had other guests point out any cleanliness issues. We are glad that your stay was pleasant and wish you the best on any future VRBO rentals but be reminded that if you are expecting a “hotel” like experience you should avoid VRBO as this is aimed at those who are looking for a more comfortable home like experience.

Beautiful penthouse!

We have been coming to Northern Bay Resort for the last 10 years and this was one of our favorite stays! The penthouse layout is open and spacious, plenty of room for a large group. The decor is welcoming and we loved the view of the sunset over the lake peaking through the trees. We played cards and games with the kids at the large dining table. The communication with the owner was prompt and kind. Only thing I would have changed would have been a longer stay! We look forward to returning next summer!

Fun weekend!

The condo was fully stocked, clean and plenty of room! The pool was great for the kids and easily walkable. I would recommend printing the check-in document. I didn't have cell service when we got there so I couldn't access the information. The office was supposed to be open until 4:00, but it was closed early. Eventually had to use someone else's Hotspot to get the checkin info.
