Northern Bay is a resort of luxury condominiums on the shores of Castle Rock Lake, Wisconsin’s 4th largest lake. It is a perfect location for a Northern Bay golf outing, a family/families vacation or a 'get-away'.

Come and enjoy a newer (built in 2014) updated, SMOKE-FREE, PET FREE, condo nestled on the shores of Castle Rock Lake just 35 minutes from the Wisconsin Dells and the ElRoy Sparta bike trail.

Our fabulous condo sleeps 6-9 and features:
• Master Bedroom with king bed , twin daybed and trundle (sleeps 2) and 48 inch wall mounted TV.

• 2 Guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and 2nd room has full bed and xl twin. Each room has a 32 inch wall mounted TV
• A Pack & Play crib and a toddler(crib size) mattress (need to bring your own sheets/blankets for these beds) in the master bedroom closet
• Great room with gas fireplace, 2 leather sofas, leather chair and ottoman, 55 inch TV with cable, and DVD player - new vinyl plank flooring in 2023
• Wireless Internet access
• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware
• High chair in hall closet near kitchen
• 2 full bathrooms
• Washer/dryer
• Elevator in building, making it handicap accessible
• On-site parking for boats and trailer (book directly with condo association at 608-339-8600)

The activities are limitless and there is fun for the entire family. Swimming, fishing, boating, ATV trails and the award winning 18 hole replica golf course. There are tennis along with pickle ball, basketball, and volleyball courts, and the kiddie pool and adult swimming pool, outdoor hot tub are steps away from our condo. Boat slips, pontoons, and Wave Runners are available for rent. After enjoying a full day of summer sports head over to the TIKI Bar or the Island View Restaurant for a little nightlife of music and dancing.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place dirty/used towels in the bathtub or shower when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are required to fill out a Registration Form after confirmation. Form has to be completed/returned a minimum of 2 weeks before check-in.
Check -out policy is stated in Welcome Letter. If additional cleaning charges are incurred , they will be deducted from security deposit.
No Grills, fireworks or fires(includes candles) of any kind are allowed on patio or around building. $500 fine(no warning) RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE

July getaway

Our stay here was wonderful! Communication and check in was smooth and easy! Very clean and spacious condo. Well equipped! Has everything you need! Used grills by the pool and they had a blackstone grill that we made eggs, bacon, and sausage on every morning! Also brought our boat. Boat parking was very close and convenient! We are already planning on coming back next summer.

Family Reunion Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at the Northern Bay resort. Met up with four of my siblings who also rented condos. This condo was very clean, well stacked with everything that you need from kitchen supplies to games to laundry. It was nice to watch the golfers come down the first hole, nice and quiet setting and the neighbors were very friendly. The location was centrally, located in nice and close to the pool, basketball courts, Pickleball courts, and management office.The only reason I did not give it a five star is we could not adjust the thermostat and it was a bit warm. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Great Family Getaway

Property was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We brought our boat and that was a little challenging. It would have been nice to have better docking access. But the launch was big and never really busy. The only downside was that there were some storms early in our stay and knocked out the cable for a few days and the WiFi connections wasn’t reliable/fast enough for consistent streaming. Other than that we loved it.

Very spacious!

I am a neat/clean freak. This place did not disappoint. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. Walk to the lake with kayak wasn't too bad. There is not a beach on this side of the lake. And the property pool is on the small side. But the property was beautiful and everyone we encountered was friendly. We did not bring a boat, but the access slip wasn't too far away.

Secluded place nice setting

Great condo, clean and stocked. Much bigger inside than photos show. Gas grills are very nice by the pool. The beach is soft sand and weed free and the water trampoline is great for the kids. The Tiki bar DJ on Friday night was fun. The pool has 2 basketball hoops and pool toys to use. A little crowded on the weekend .

Great 4th of July getaway!

My family and I stayed here the Friday and Saturday of July 4th weekend. We had 8 people stay the night and more family/friend guests during the day on Saturday and were very comfortable, had more than enough room! The condo has everything you need. I was impressed by the amenities the property has to offer. We took advantage of the Tiki Bar w/ volleyball courts as well as the little beach on the lake. Dee was very prompt, polite and thorough with information regarding our stay and responding to all our questions. I would absolutely recommend for a family/friend getaway!

Absolutely the most wonderful place we’ve ever stayed!

Where to start? Dee was fantastic and so responsive. This condo is beautiful. It was perfect for our group of five ladies having a weekend getaway together to relax. It had everything we needed and more! We watched the sunset on the beach, had a great evening swim in the pool and truly enjoyed eating breakfast outside saying hello to the golfers in the morning. We were able to use the DVD player at night and even enjoyed the small Christmas tree we plugged in for Christmas in July. It was extremely comfortable. Our group even mentioned perhaps we could make this some type of yearly excursion. I’ve used the Home Away app for years and without a doubt; I’d recommend this wonderful place above all others. It is also an easy 40 minute drive or so to the Dells which we did for a day as well. Perfectly located. Thank you so much Dee for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful property. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the resort to visit family and attend a wedding reception on the property. Those staying included four adults and five (grand)children. With three bedrooms and two baths, there was plenty of sleeping / private space. The unit was clean, fully stocked and ready when we arrived. Everything in working order and properly functioning. It is updated and well maintained. The owner, Dee was great to work with from the reservation process to checkout and follow-up. She was available during our stay when we had questions as well. The location was great, on hole 1 of the golf course, and close to the pool, playground and beach. The resort property is clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our expectations were exceeded! Would definite stay here again.

Great Place for a large family

We had an amazing weekend using the condo. We were able to rent a boat from the resort, and although that was very disorganized it ended up working out. I would caution renters to bring extra toilet paper. There was only one roll in the main bathroom and one and a half in the master. It did say it on the list but we somehow missed that and had to drive back to the gas station. Other than that we loved the place!!!!

Beautiful Home. Worked Great With Our Family of 10.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Wisconsin. The condo was supplied with everything we needed for cooking our meals. We had an opportunity to enjoy the pool and playground, as well as the lake. The Dells are only about 30 minutes away. Our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We are retired and enjoy the beauty of the outdoor. We have lived in the Milwaukee area and surrounding suburbs all of our lives, so being able to have a vacation getaway less than 3 hours from our home has been a blessing. We have taken our bicycles with us and have used the El Roy bike trail and 400 trail or bike around/ near our condo. My husband loves going to the condo to golf and just enjoy the tranquility of being up north.

Why they chose this property

We have done a yearly fall vacation at Wisconsin Dells with our family since we retired. We find that it is not as relaxing as it once was, there always seem to be crowds when we have been there. We were looking for some place close to enjoy the beauty of "up-north", but still be able to visit the Dells and purchased this newly completed unit in 2014 at Northern Bay Resort. We are 35 miles from there so the grandsons still get to do the water parks.

Our children and grandsons love going up there, they always find something to do no matter what the season. My husband, son and son-in-law are avid golfers and do not need an excuse to play, so they love it!

We want to offer this opportunity to other families as well!

What makes this property unique

Our first floor unit is short walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts and play area, which works well for us since our grandsons were young when we purchased our unit. I love just spending time up there with all our family, it is truly relaxing, We stock up on food, grocery store is in town for whatever we need or forgot, approximately 7 miles from condo, and never have to leave the resort unless we want to.

My kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and then some!
