What makes this property unique

Recently remodeled stylish with one bedroom, a full bath, a separate dining room, and a top-of-the-line sofa bed in the living room for separate sleeping quarters. New appliances (including washer/dryer) and well-stocked kitchen.
The private deck allows you to have a view of the city skyline, including the famous Smith Tower.

Please note: While there is no AC in the unit, it is an east-facing unit, so it will not heat up as dramatically in the summer months. We provide fans for guests.
