I hosted a large gathering for a brunch, the host was very responsive and helpful. Everyone loved how clean and beautiful the house was. The decorations are very tasteful and made it feel like a luxury hotel with the feel of a house.

Convenient

The location is convenient for South Tampa, but it’s on a very busy street and we were aware of street noise. There was plenty of room for our group (3 couples). Pictures are accurate but patios could use a little TLC.

Great Property in South Tampa; Perfect Location

I have no doubt that this will be a five-star rental in the near future - we were Jermaine's first guests, and there are a few details that should be (as Jermaine candidly acknowledged) worked out. GREAT LOCATION. On West Shore Blvd (note: the road itself is busy, even late at night). Close to everything. Uber was easy to use. We were visiting my family, who lives in Beach Park Isles, and it was an easy 15 minute walk there. The property itself is very clean. The bedding was very comfortable. Once the outdoor furniture arrives, there is a lot of outdoor space to enjoy. Jermaine could not have been a better host - very responsive to the few issues we did have during our stay. We were at the property over Christmas and did make use of the kitchen - it could use some additional items to make using the kitchen easier - we have made those suggestions to Jermaine and have no doubt he will address them. We are looking forward to staying at this property again when we return to Tampa!
