SLEEPING QUARTERS: All bedrooms are downstairs in this beach retreat. Two master suites mean couples don’t have to draw straws. The first master suite offers a king bed and private bathroom luxuriously equipped with a shower and a soaking tub. The second master bedroom also has a king bed and full bathroom. A third bedroom offers another king-size bed and shares a bathroom with a bunk room where kids will have a “whale” of a time with the deep-sea theme. Two sets of built-ins accommodate four in a bunk room, with a shared bath that has two vanities and nautical style. All bedrooms are lavishly decorated in bright, ocean hues and soft bedding, and each is equipped with 40”, wall-mounted, LED-LCD Smart TVs.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Beach Music is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Beach Music the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
